Exceptional color on this 1890's handmade glass bowl. Rich rose/cranberry on the top fading to amber on the lower portion. Beautiful diamond pattern throughout. Polished pontil.
 
After moving from Boston to New Bedford, MA,  in 1870, Mount Washington Glass Works produced, perhaps, the most diverse and beautiful assortment of American art glass of the Victorian era.
 
In excellent condition. Some wear to the underside and an etched number 9.
